Reservation Guarantee
A payment of at least 5% of the total service cost is required to confirm your session booking.
This deposit serves as a guarantee for both you and us, allowing us to efficiently plan our work schedule and ensure proper preparation for your session in advance.
If you notify us of a cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, your deposit can be refunded in the form of a gift certificate. Additionally, if your schedule changes, you may reschedule your booking to a more convenient time before the session takes place.
